FINISH: CritterTracks uses an age old finishing process handed down from the blacksmiths of old. The antique copper finish is coated with clear urethane to protect it. This process allows each piece to manifest it's own variations. As it weathers and ages, it develops more character and the appearance of being handed down over generations.

SHIPPING: Shipping is free. Most orders will ship through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS ground service. For special rush orders, please contact us at admin@crittertracks.com We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURNS: CritterTracks offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at admin@crittertracks.com for a RMA#. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping costs upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the return. We will need the following information:

Name, Order #, quantity, product, reason for return.

We will offer only partial refunds on any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or is returned damaged or missing parts.
